DESCRIPTION: Clocks- 2 (Two) Seth Thomas Ship's Lever: Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Ship's Lever No. 8", 8 day, time only, spring-driven, balance wheel movements in brass cases with hinged bezels, one painted black, 8.5 inch silvered dials with subsidiary seconds.
CONDITION: both dials heavily tarnished. Black clock has a dent on the bezel and some missing paint. High quality rectangular balance wheel movements were meant to compete with those produced by Chelsea. Both clocks tick briskly when wound, but were not tested long term. Sold "as is ".
